Overview
The Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board is composed of five members, each serving a two-year term. This Board's meetings are held on an on-call basis.
This board hears all appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Building Official relative to the application and interpretation of the Property Maintenance Code. They review each edition of the Property Maintenance Code and recommend appropriate amendments to the Code prior to adoption by the City Council.
